{"id":1093,"date":"2023-09-07T13:48:43","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T03:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canchecked.com.au\/?p=1093"},"modified":"2023-09-07T13:48:43","modified_gmt":"2023-09-07T03:48:43","slug":"boost-control","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canchecked.com.au\/?p=1093","title":{"rendered":"Boost control"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The display has access to all relevant vehicle data, so why not control specific things such as &#8220;Boost Control&#8221;?With the new firmware version v3.0c, the licensed&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boost Control<\/strong>&nbsp;feature is now available&nbsp;for all&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/canchecked.com.au\/?page_id=206\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"206\">MFD28s<\/a>, which also Works with all vehicle-specific variants. Various functions such as speed, gear and speed-dependent boost pressure control can be used. But \u201cfail-safe\u201d functions with exhaust gas temperature, lambda value, intake temperature and excessive boost pressure are also possible. There are also two \u201cscramble boost\u201d Values.Activation takes place via\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>License<\/strong>.\u00a0In addition, a small amount of additional hardware is required for operation, where the boost pressure control valve is connected.\u00a0If you don&#8217;t have a boost pressure sensor yet, you can order the license in a package with a 4.5 bar boost pressure sensor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* Additional license, boost pressure sensor and at least firmware version v3.0c required, boost pressure control valve not included<\/em>&nbsp;. \u201cSensorInit\u201d \u201cRPM\u201d must be selected appropriately).<br>If you now tap on the line, you can move the first point vertically by tapping again.&nbsp;Fine adjustment is done using the up\/down arrows in the right area.&nbsp;The \u201cNext arrow\u201d takes you to the next point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scaling determines the sensor settings of the speed.&nbsp;(Menu =&gt; \u201cSensors\u201d =&gt; \u201cRPM\u201d. Here \u201cMinWarnVal\u201d and \u201cMaxWarnVal\u201d must be assigned appropriately.
